Todoless Privacy Policy

Todoless turns requests in your email and calendar into a short to-do list. It is built so that your messages never leave your device.
What Todoless reads
- Email (Gmail and Outlook). After you connect an account, Todoless reads recent messages in your inbox with read-only access (
gmail.readonlyfor Gmail,Mail.Readfor Outlook). It reads the sender, subject, date, and text of messages, and whether you replied, to decide what needs your action and when a task is done. - Calendar. If you allow it, Todoless reads events on your device to find invitations that are waiting for your answer.
- Tasks you type. Tasks you add yourself.
Where it is processed and stored
- Messages are analyzed on your device by Apple's on-device model (Apple Intelligence) or by simple wording rules. They are not sent to the developer or to any third-party AI service.
- Todoless stores only the resulting task list (short titles and links back to the original messages) on your device, shared with the Todoless widget. It does not store copies of your emails.
- Sign-in tokens are kept in the device Keychain.
- Todoless has no servers. The developer never receives your email, calendar, task list, or tokens.
What is sent over the network
Todoless connects only to Google (Gmail API and sign-in) and Microsoft (Microsoft Graph and sign-in), directly from your device, to read your messages. No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included.
Google API Services
Todoless's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to show you tasks inside Todoless. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred to others, and not read by humans.
Your choices
- Disconnect an account at any time in Settings. Its tasks are removed and its sign-in token is deleted.
- You can also revoke access in your Google Account or Microsoft account.
- Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Children
Todoless is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.

Todoless 读取什么

- Todoless 只在你的设备上保存分析后的任务清单（简短标题和指向原邮件的链接），并和 Todoless 小组件共享。它不保存邮件副本。
- 登录凭证保存在设备的钥匙串（Keychain）里。
- Todoless 没有服务器。开发者收不到你的邮件、日历、任务清单或登录凭证。
网络传输
Todoless 只会从你的设备直接连接 Google（Gmail 接口和登录）与 Microsoft（Microsoft Graph 和登录）来读取邮件。App 里没有任何统计、广告或跟踪工具。
Google API 服务
Todoless 对从 Google API 获得的信息的使用和向其他应用的传输，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括"有限使用"要求。Gmail 数据只用于在 Todoless 里给你显示任务，不用于广告，不出售，不转给他人，也不会被人工查看。
你的选择
- 可以随时在设置里断开账号，该账号的任务和登录凭证会被删除。
- 也可以在 Google 账号 或 Microsoft 账号 里撤销授权。
- 删除 App 会删除它在设备上的所有数据。
儿童
Todoless 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
变更
如果政策有变化，新版本会发布在这个地址，并更新日期。
